HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO GET?

We currently offer S ( Men 4.5 - 6.5 Women 6-8) M (Men 7-9 Women 8.5-10.5) L (Men 9.5-11.5 Women 11-13) XL (Men 12-14) BUT if you get some that don’t fit, just send them back to us and we’ll replace them. Get more specific instructions in our returns policy.

WILL SOME SOCKS FIT/FEEL DIFFERENT THAN OTHERS?

Yes! However, all of our socks are tested for size by one of our sock connoisseurs so you can betcha they will fit just right! 

HOW DO I GET MORE THAN ONE PAIR OF SOCKS EACH MONTH?

If one pair of awesome socks just isn’t enough for you, all you have to do is add another “pay monthly” subscription to your cart. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY SOCKS TO ARRIVE?

All of our  subscriptions ship on the 4th of the month and arrive on your doorstep in 2-3 days domestically! For International orders expect 7-10 days. Keep in mind you will still receive them the same day every month so the only wait will be the first month!

WILL MY SOCKS ARRIVE ON THE SAME DAY EVERY MONTH?

Yes your socks will arrive on the same day every month. It is like Christmas every four weeks. We know. It's exciting. See our shipping and delivery policy to learn more.

CAN I BUY A SUBSCRIPTION FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Of course! You can choose to pay monthly and send them socks every month for as long as you want to keep paying, or you can pay once and just send them socks every month for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For monthly subscribers, we will continue to charge your credit card and send socks to you every month until you cancel your subscription.
  • To cancel, simply click on the "cancel" link in the confirmation email you received after purchase and then confirm your wish to cancel or send us an email at sales@thefootrevolution.com letting us know that you wish to cancel your subscription.
  • If you cancel by email, please include your name, subscription type, and the address where you receive your socks so that we can be sure to cancel only your subscription and not any others that you may have bought for a friend.
  • We will stop sending socks the month immediately following your cancellation request.
  • We must receive your cancellation email 48 hours before subscription renewal to cancel your subscription the following month. If we receive your cancellation email less than 48 hours before subscription renewal, then you will be charged for the following month and your subscription will be cancelled the month after.
